  18. I Dual boot NT And Dos( Windows 3.1) also and prefer NT also.It is
  19. almost impossible to crash. However I recently installed Iphone Build
  20. 9 for NT and as part of its installation and testing it says that the
  21. RAS is a 16 bit application. Does this make sense to you? I mean why
  22. would they create a 32 bit OS with a 16 bit dialer program??
